C & K handles all the documentation on your behalf. There are certain documents that we require in order to carry out the importation of your effects from the UK to Lanzarote. If you would like an information pack explaining these documents please forward your postal address in order that we may send you one. We personally prepare and present the paperwork to Customs and it is not a requirement of ours for you to visit the Port of Entry or for you to find a Customs Agent. All paperwork can be completed by fax or email and can be completed in the UK prior to you arriving in Lanzarote.
We understand that there can be delays with completion dates, flights etc. With this in mind we have safe secure storage facilities in Tias. If required we can ship your effects from the UK and then deliver on a date and time that is convenient to you. The C & K warehouse facilities are owned and operated by us and only our staff has access to stored goods.
